Terms and Conditions Set out below is important information regarding Monster Couture. This information must be read before completing an order form or placing an order. Contracts and Payments It is unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Monster Couture. In completing the order form or placing an order, you warrant that you are not a minor or otherwise prohibited from entering into a contract with Monster Couture.
All pricing on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, the price stated that the time of your order will be honoured.
Monster Couture accepts payment via Visa and MasterCard credit card, direct debit and money order. However, goods will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared and Monster Couture has received full payment.
Monster Couture does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by you if your credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner. If we have reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that Monster Couture does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.
Delivery Delivery Unless otherwise indicated, orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date that payment for the product is received by us.
Delivery will be made via Australia Post or a courier service.
A delivery quote will be sent thru on the basis of your order and the size of the end package being sent.
Except for special orders where longer time periods have been stated, please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days days from the date of dispatch for delivery within metropolitan areas in Australia, approximately 14 business days for rural deliveries, deliveries to New Zealand and overseas deliveries. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes.
If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be an additional charge for this service.
Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods.
Out of stock items If any item is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is able to be ordered by Monster Couture you may place your order on back order. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Monster Couture.
Returns Policy While every effort is made that all goods dispatched are in perfect order, Monster Couture cannot take any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If damaged goods are received please contact us within 5 business days and return the goods with labels and packaging. Monster Couture will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No postage will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 business days for refund to be processed.
We are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind.
Unique Fabrics While we take great care to represent our fabrics and embroideries in the truest way possible, please be aware that due to the hand printing of our fabric designs, variations may occur between a seen design and the actual product. However, in ordering an item, you accept the risk of such differences. Obviously we are happy to assist you over the phone should you need any further clarification.

We will only collect personal information only when you have provided such details to us and we will use that information only for the purpose for which you provided it to us. Monster Couture will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
